Finca El Pino is one of the most popular properties on the hills of Arona. For those of you who don’t know the hills of Arona (Altavista), it is a picturesque mountain village with a spectacular panoramic view over the south of Tenerife and the mystic mountain “El Conde”. The location is often called the Tuscany of Tenerife, since the breathtaking hill might remember one to the beautiful hills and valleys of the Tuscany in Italy. Arona is a beautiful historic town with a fine choice of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tapas, and shops. Finca El Pino has a idyllic location, on a beautiful hill with great views, and where every neighbor has enough own space, and land to enjoy absolute privacy. The countryside surrounding the Finca is “Zona Verde”, which means it is not allowed to build any new house´s, or Finca´s. Built in a classical Mediterranean style, this villa in set on the hills where the famous wines of Tenerife grow. The Finca boasts impressive panoramic views from the extraordinary mountains to the endless sea. The main entrance opens into a spacious lobby with high ceilings and a wall of handmade wood separating the antechamber from the stairs that lead to the lower floor of the Finca. To the right of the lobby, going through a dark wooden arch we enter the dinning room, and the huge granite stone kitchen ending in a custom made granite stone bar. To the left from the dinning area separated by a handmade wooden wall, we find a enormous living area, with a home cinema. When walking straight through the lobby, separated by a glass door we find a beautiful winter garden, and after a huge long terrace along the frontside of the Finca, from the master bedroom in the backside to the living room. When taking a right in the lobby before entering the winter garden, a hallway leads to the main office room, and the end to the master bedroom with a master bathroom. On the lower floor of the Finca we find another two bedrooms, two kitchen, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and plenty of storage space. A hallway on the lower floor of the Finca leads to the garage, and a few unfinished basement rooms. The Finca is equipped alternatively to the City Water, with its own water tank which gets filled once a month with one of the best waters of the Canary Islands, coming from the “Parque Nacional de las Cañadas, Teide”. The water share is included. The Finca is also equipped with Air Conditioning, and a floor heating system.


The main gate opens up by disappearing in the volcanic stone wall. The driveway goes in-between the large garden terraces splitting into two paths. The left way leads to the garage of the Finca, while the right way leads behind the Finca to the upper second floor where the main entrance, a large wooden portal opens up to the main lobby. In the front of this unique Finca we find an outstanding pool area. The pool measures 12m in length, and is 6m wide. It has a salt water system. The pool area is surrounded by garden terraces with exotic and indigenous plants. As well as a few hundred year old Pine, with a height of over 20m. Behind the Finca we find a solar system that can alternatively power the hot water, and heats the pool. In the backside of the Finca we find a huge rural untouched land, in which at the tops sits the water tank beautifully covered in volcanic stone in harmony to the front walls. At the very bottom of the Finca lot, a second white gate leads to a 1500m2 plot which still has not been used and offers the option to build a tennis court, basketball court, a helicopter landing area, etc.. The entire land around the Finca is gated, and totally secure.
